Sycamore – Ideation
23rd February 2018 2:00-6:00 pm
By applying a design-thinking methodology throughout the course of this workshop, and by bringing together creative practitioners working within a range of disciplines, we’re hoping to explore and assess the ways that we publish and share our creative works.
Design thinking is a collaborative process which focuses on communicating human experiences in order to generate new innovations that can provide solutions to real-world problems. In this case, we want to invite participants to look at how we can improve upon the mediums we currently use to share what we make, and how methods of content-sharing can be more meaningful and engaging for those who use them.
Our research ideation workshop will run from 2:00pm – 6:00pm on Friday the 23rd of February in the Media Innovation Studio (UCLan Media Factory, room ME414), and we’d like to invite anyone who has an interest in multimedia content and online distribution to come along and take part.
